Feeling that two women planting rice are redundant, Mr. Buenafe covered
the original indicia with a red stamp of the same design. He did not efface
the inscription in the center of the card "yubin hagaki" or postcard.

The original die used lithographing of the Planting Rice was designed
by Kato-Kuraiuchi of the Government Printing Bureau in Tokyo.

According to sticklers, March 4 FDC's with gummed reseal censor labels cannot
be classified as legitimate FDC's if the labels are not tied to cover with a hand-stamped
censor mark. This cover obviously does not pass the criterion because
the censor mark is not tied to the label and the censor's initial is partially under the label.

The label was printed on white Manila paper.
